Born from muddy frustrations and a clever hack, Boot Buddy is the brainchild of brothers Aaron and Gaz. What started with a water bottle and a washing-up brush soon became a Dragons’ Den success story, securing backing from Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden and Touker Suleyman. Today, the brand has expanded beyond boot cleaning to include products for shoes and pets, combining innovation with everyday practicality.

The Brief
Boot Buddy needed to scale online after securing retail stock and investor backing, but lacked traction in e‑commerce. They engaged Digital Media Team to build a full‑funnel omnichannel marketing strategy and expand internationally, while the lockdown paused sports usage and demand.
Strategy
We implemented a combined paid social, PPC and Klaviyo email marketing campaign integrated with Shopify. Klaviyo automated flows were prioritised to build repeat purchase value, while PPC targeted high-intent traffic. Paid social supported brand awareness and engagement ahead of the demand returning post-lockdown.
