The Brief
ButtonFresh had never used a proper email platform before and relied solely on Shopify's basic tools. They turned to us to launch, structure, and execute a new email strategy that would feel aligned with their tone, honest, unfussy, and impactful, while driving real results.
Strategy
We built and configured a brand-new Klaviyo account, set up targeted flows, and rolled out consistent campaigns. From the start, we focused on blending conversational copy with bold, clear design, keeping it true to the ButtonFresh tone. Testing, segmenting, and optimising allowed us to scale fast, even without historical data.
