Fighting the Spread of COVID-19 Through Data, Insight & Digital Reach
Corona-Help.UK is a website-based, anonymous chatbot approved by the UK Government and NHS England. Built to support the national effort during the coronavirus pandemic, the chatbot collected symptom and self-isolation data from the public to assist researchers and decision-makers in understanding and managing the spread of COVID-19. The tool offered a safe, anonymous way for individuals to share their experience, with insights directly contributing to public health intelligence.

The Brief
We were appointed to market Corona‑Help.UK, an NHS‑approved coronavirus chatbot. The client’s goal was to drive as many users as possible to complete the chatbot form while mitigating scepticism due to new, unverified social media profiles and competing content.
Strategy
The team launched paid social and PPC campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, emphasising the NHS endorsement to build trust. Messaging clearly positioned Corona‑Help.UK as an official public health tool. Careful targeting minimised CPA and maximised positive interaction amid competing chatter on COVID‑related conten
