The Brief

Missy Empire approached us to scale their performance in competitive international markets and fix structural inefficiencies across Paid Social and PPC. Although they were already achieving great results on Facebook advertising, they were struggling to scale with their current set-up. Furthermore, they struggled with the fact that every time they adjusted creative, their new ads would send their campaigns into the learning phase, increasing their CPMs and decreasing their ROAS. However, being in the fast fashion industry, being able to change ad creative regularly to stay ahead of the competition is essential.

Strategy

We implemented a full-funnel Paid Social approach, segmented by intent, and restructured PPC and Shopping campaigns to align with best practices and real-time performance data. This allowed us to provide key creative for different users, generating a path to purchase for the user depending on what level of intent they showed when on the website.
